About the Role

Frontier Medicines is in search of a talented Administrative Operations Associate for our Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight knit team and partner with a company that is focused on innovative technologies. The Administrative Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of the facility by streamlining daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will also support strategic initiatives, function as a partner, and manage short-term and long-term projects. This individual should be a solutions-oriented professional with a meticulous eye for detail and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, assisting with packages / deliveries as needed 
  • Manage schedules for conference rooms and community spaces
  • Manage inventory system and order supplies as needed for office and break room
  • Submit work orders, schedule repairs for general office space and equipment, escort vendors as needed
  • Welcome all visitors / guests to the office
  • Take and deliver messages
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly at all times
  • Schedule meetings / send meeting invites to attendees
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize new tasks appropriately and as needed
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills
